Windshield Replacement Warranty & Important Information
At our facility, your safety and satisfaction are our top priorities. When it comes to windshield replacement, we adhere to the highest industry standards to ensure long-lasting performance and precision.
Due to the critical bonding process involved in windshield installation, we advise that your vehicle remain stationary for a minimum of two hours after the replacement to allow proper curing of the adhesive. This helps to guarantee the structural integrity of the windshield and the effectiveness of your vehicle’s safety systems.
Following the installation, we conduct a comprehensive calibration of the Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) to ensure that all sensors, cameras, and components are functioning correctly. We also perform a test drive to confirm the absence of dashboard warning lights and to verify that all safety features are operating as intended.
While we take every step to deliver precise calibration, we strongly recommend that you remain observant of your vehicle’s ADAS functions while driving post-installation. If you notice any irregularities — such as warning lights, malfunctioning lane assist, or adaptive cruise control issues — please discontinue use of the affected features immediately. In such cases, we kindly ask that you schedule a follow-up appointment within 30 days of your windshield replacement so our technicians can reassess and recalibrate the system if necessary.

Leaks due to installation, for as long as you own the vehicle and it remains registered in your name.
Please note, however, that the warranty does not cover ADAS-related concerns beyond the initial 30-day post-installation period. Additionally, the warranty will not apply to leaks or other issues resulting from:

Body deterioration or rust

Collision or accident damage

Vandalism, theft, or break-ins

Acts of nature (e.g., hail, flooding, windstorms)

Misuse, abuse, or tampering

Any post-installation damage not related to our workmanship
